Description of columns

Column 1 : Atmospheric Temperature/Pressure condition codes identification
Column 2 : Temperature value (K)
Column 3 : Pressure value (Pa); value 0.00 for pressure means pure vapour
Column 4 : Resolution value (cm-1); value -1.000 for resolution means unknown value
Column 5 : Internal GEISA code for data identification
